By using the baro application ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
The App provides informational estimates of barometric-pressure patterns and their statistical association with headaches. The App is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and must not be relied upon for medical decisions. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information presented in the App.
Weather data is obtained from third-party providers and pressure-risk levels are statistical estimates. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any forecast or risk assessment.
Your health logs are stored on your device and, where enabled, in your private iCloud database; an export function is provided in Settings and backups remain your responsibility. Handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may modify these Terms; material changes will be communicated in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
